Job Summary :

Closet Factory is seeking a skilled Factory Team Member to join our growing team in Indianapolis Indiana. As a Factory Team Member you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of custom closets and home organization systems. This is a full-time hourly position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to the success of our company.

Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation for this position is $17-$21 per hour paid addition to competitive pay eligible employees will also receive benefits such as health insurance paid time off and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the manufacturing of custom closets and home organization systems according to design specifications.
• Operate various tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble cabinets drawers shelves and other components.
• Assist in cutting sanding and finishing materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain strict quality control on all of your work
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or materials as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project progress and any potential delays.
• Ability to work overtime (some Saturdays) as demand requires.
