Receiving Clerk

Verifies receipt of incoming merchandise from various sources against purchase orders, bills of ladings and other shipping documents. Scans or manually enters data into the inventory system. Verifies inventory of received goods to insure accurate scanning. Delivers all receiving documents to accounting daily for invoice processing.

Daily Responsibilities :

• Assists in the printing of inventory labels for inbound shipments.
• Spot counts shipments to confirm accuracy of BOL's and packing lists.
• Audits inventory of received goods to insure accurate scans.
• Assist with warehouse organization to maximize storage space and streamline delivery of materials to the line.
• Audits all movement transactions to aid in inventory accuracy.
• Manually adds inventory that cannot be scanned.
• Ensures that all paperwork if delivered to accounting once verified and audited.
• Helps investigate and errors or issues that may arise
