Job Description
Apply a combination of business process analysis and technical knowledge to develop enterprise architectural deliverables that identify and describe the relationships among functions, data, applications and technology at various levels of the organization. Perform individual assignments and lead project teams composed of Business Analyst, Systems Engineers and Research Specialist. Analyze systems and technology integration requirements across multiple applications and organizations. Communicate and work closely with process and system owners, IT management, peers, and technical staff to ensure the relevance of architecture and system designs to business process requirements.
Develop advanced technological ideas and guide their development into a final product. Act as an advisor to management and technology stakeholders on advanced technical research studies and applications.
This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Architecture.

- tResponsible for IT Strategy and Capability Roadmap development
- tMaintain a view of current state and future state architectures
- tProvides technical guidance and renders decisions regarding Information Technology (IT) designs and engineering.
- tMaintains standards for system documentation.
- tDevelops and implements Enterprise-wide and cross-functional Integration Solutions.
- tResearches and recommends new industry IT models, management strategies and effective resource utilization models.
- tMonitors, benchmarks and reports progress and performance of systems management and service levels.
- tConducts technology reviews and audits that ensure computer systems are built to architecture principles, follow Enterprise standards and are optimized to maximum efficiency.
- tInterfaces with external business partners, vendors and subcontractors on issues of interoperability.
- tPromotes technology security.
- tParticipate in Architecture assessments and reviews.

tBachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university preferred, or relevant work experience required.t10+ years professional business experience in Applications Development and Distributed operations developing and implementing enterprise systemst2+ years experience in a leveraged services or lifecycle management function.tExperience using architectural modeling tools and constructstExperience with briefing senior management and customers on statusAdditional Qualifications
