We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead the charge on performance, reliability, and internal tools at ReadMe! You'll manage a team responsible for making sure our site is fast, stable, and scales beautifully, while also empowering our developers with the tools they need to build their best work. If you're looking for a player-coach role where you can lead a team and still write code, this is the role for you!

We love what we do because it's so much more than just docs. We're providing tools for teams to create and manage beautiful documentation with ease.

What You'll Do Here

• Lead a team that designs and builds infrastructure and tooling to make sure ReadMe's data storage is fast, reliable, and secure.
• Help expand the tooling for our observability platform to ensure that developers can make good use of logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Add features to Deploybertour internal automation system for deploying code to productionto support new services and expand its capabilities
• Come up with ideas around what ReadMe's infrastructure should look like, and communicate them to your coworkers.
• Collaborate with other engineers and people around ReadMe.
