G.A. Rogers, a professional recruiting firm based in Bend, has an open role for an experienced General Superintendent.

The ideal candidate will be have great experience managing multiple job sites in multiple locations, and managing the leadership on those project sites.

They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers, address staffing loads across job sites and ensure field Supers have what they need. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion. They should have prior experience in the field and an ability to manage self perform crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction superintendent's schedules and crews
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
