Description :

This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse in the NICU.

The shift is from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.

On-call requirements are included.

The unit features 65 beds and has a staffing level of over 200.

Staffing includes charge nurses, transport nurses, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants for both day and night shifts.

Patient ratios vary from 1 : 1 to 4 : 1.

Common equipment used includes isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps.

The electronic medical record system utilized is Meditech and CPN.

Permanent positions are available on the unit.

The ideal candidate exhibits strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and adaptability to change.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience to be considered.

Team collaboration is essential.

The dress code requires navy scrubs.
