Payroll Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $26 to $40 per hour.

Job Description :

• Review personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers
• Review changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll
• Record new or changed pay rates in payroll register or computer files
• Direct compilation and preparation of other payroll data
• Review and approve payroll deductions
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
• Serve as back-up for other accounting duties
• Support the preparation of year-end audit files and analysis
