TITLE : Business Systems & Salesforce Administrator

LINE OF BUSINESS / DIVISION : Information Technology

FLSA STATUS : Exempt

REPORTS TO : Director, Business Systems

NUMBER OF POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION : None

LOCATION : Arlington, VA (minimum 2 days per week in office)

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

The Business Systems & Salesforce Administrator (BSSA) will play a key role in ensuring our business systems and reporting tools meet current and evolving business needs. In this role, the BSSA will administer our Salesforce environment, develop and deliver reporting products to internal and external partners, and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business and reporting applications. The BSSA will collaborate with business units and cross functional teams to design, deliver, and administer technology solutions.

Salesforce Administration (50%)

• Optimize our Salesforce environment while supporting data governance practices and procedures.
• Manage system changes including QA, testing, and deployment to our Salesforce environment, including working with custom objects and fields, optimizing the user interface, and developing automations and forms.
• Promote user adoption, train end users when and where appropriate, and develop and maintain all system documents and procedures.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce release notes and features and make recommendations on impact and timing of appropriate changes.
• Manage third-party platform integrations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security protocols.

Business System Analysis 30%

Reporting & Data Analytics 20%

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe products.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

Experience with CRM Analytics, Power BI, and / or Tableau

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed primarily in an office setting.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000, and the position is eligible for opportunities to earn performance-based bonus compensation. Please note : Salary range provided is an estimate and will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education. The final salary offer will be determined accordingly.
