Insight Global is currently seeking New Patient Coordinators to support the Revenue Cycle Department onsite in Downtown Dallas.

Day to Day :   You’ll manage the new patient referral process from start to finish, not just answering phones. This includes :

• Insurance verification and benefit checks
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Managing patient records and pre-visit documentation
• Triaging referrals and supporting providers with complex admin needs
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance and top-tier patient experience
