We are representing a fast-growing Miami-based multifamily developer in search of an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated construction professional to gain hands-on experience, receive structured mentorship, and develop a career path toward full project management .

Our client is known for delivering high-quality multifamily projects while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment. You’ll work alongside experienced PMs, supporting projects from preconstruction through completion, all while building the skills needed to advance in your career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Support on-site progress tracking and quality assurance
• Participate in design and coordination meetings
