About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours

Experience : Minimum of 24 months current Level I Trauma Progressive Care experience required

License : Active Arizona Nursing License

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : No Nursys Hits

Description :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

All locations open to the traveler must be listed on the submission.

All shifts the traveler is open to working must be listed.

All departments the traveler is willing to work in should be checked on the submission form.

Candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept assignments.

Travel experience is preferred.

Background requirements must be adhered to and attested to.

All submissions must include a resume with all relevant facilities, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units listed.

A skills checklist specific to the discipline must be provided and must be less than a year old.

Active licenses must be verified and must be less than 30 days old.

Certifications must be active at the time of submission.
