Assembler

Job Description :

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Machine Assembler to join our team in building and testing CNC and Waterjet machinery. This role involves assembling high-precision cutting systems, performing durability and functionality tests, and supporting both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble CNC and Waterjet machines to company standards using laser levels and alignment tools.
• Conduct hands-on testing for durability, precision, and consistency of new and existing products.
• Install machine accessories (e.g., torch configurations, software upgrades, marker assemblies) per customer specifications.
• Safely pack machines for shipment, following company checklists and guidelines.
• Manage incoming and outgoing goods at the Plymouth, MA location.
• Operate forklifts in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Follow build plans and complete weekly machine builds on schedule.
• Document and report any issues found during machine production to the Operations Manager.
• Provide technical support during customer demonstrations for Sales and Operations teams.
• Perform on-site equipment servicing as needed, including repairs and documentation.
• Maintain records of consumables, spare parts, software upgrades, plasma sources, and service logs.
• Foster strong relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the full product range.

Pay Range :

$50,939.00-$58,889.00
