Shift : 12s (3p–3a), 36 hrs / week

Experience : 2+ years acute ER required; travel experience or Level 1 trauma / 5+ years preferred

Certs required : AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS, TNCC

Radius rule : 75-mile—driver’s license address must be 75+ miles from facility and must be included in the submission email

Testing : Online Cardiac Rhythms test (min 80%); ESI Triage exam during orientation (remediation available if needed)

Facility notes : ~140 visits / day; ratios ~1 : 4; weekends every 3–4; holidays every other; scrub color Caribbean Blue

Other : COVID vaccine not required; if unvaccinated, weekly testing required; can be clinical interview or auto-offer (state preference at submission)
