Lead, Us Animal Health Future Talent Program

The Lead, US Animal Health Future Talent Program is responsible for the broader Future Talent Strategy of our Animal Health organization by attracting, recruiting, and developing a key talent pipeline by overseeing our internship and Future Talent Rotational Programs. This includes alignment with our Animal Health business strategy, continuous process improvement, networking, and best practices across the enterprise. The role will collaborate closely with Animal Health leaders to ensure the program meets strategic and business critical needs.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Hiring and Onboarding :

• Work with the US Recruiting Lead to hire entry-level US based employees annually as a part of internship program and Future Talent Rotational Program (FTRP).
• Manage onboarding and pre-onboarding logistics and activities.
• Identify, partner and maintain strong relationships with core academic institutions to promote our future talent program with the goal to recruit a candidate pool for such program.
