Trident Consulting is seeking a Customer Support Operations Manager for one of our clients in Tempe, AZ
Location : Tempe, AZ – Onsite. Mode : Contract - W2 - Direct Client.
Responsibilities
- As a Manager on the Merchant Sentiment Operations team, oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the Merchant Sentiment team.
- Foster team collaboration, employee development, and problem-solving.
- Be physically present in the Tempe office to facilitate in-person 1 : 1 meetings, connect with cross-functional partners, and nurture a collaborative team environment.
