A multi-practice law firm is seeking an intake specialist to join its growing team in our Palm Beach Gardens office.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, demonstrable customer service background, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a detail-oriented and dynamic workplace.
Job Duties :
- Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
- Answer and screen calls / emails from prospective clients
- Assist prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with electronic signatures
- Create accurate and detailed intake summaries
- Input key client and intake data into the firm’s database
- Work with dedicated attorneys and management to ensure a best-in-class client experience
- Ability to provide excellent client service by communicating clearly and professionally
- Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly team goals as they pertain to client service metrics
- Additional duties, as assigned

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative or call center experienceExcellent interpersonal skills / TEAM WORKExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBase Pay : $18-$19 / hour
