RFP Background

USACE OCIO / G-6 has a need for Enterprise Information Management / Information Technology (IM / IT) services. The USACE OCIO / G-6 requires contractor support in the areas of cyber security, data center operations, Automated Information Systems (AIS), Information Technology (IT) network environment operations including hardware and software support, end user device support, digital and analog telephone systems, web services, data / knowledge management, native and cloud-based services, hard wired and wireless devices, and all supporting infrastructure, platforms and applications. Emergency response services are also required to respond and restore services in the event of a disaster. As the IM / IT provider to the USACE enterprise, the OCIO / G-6 mission objectives require 24 hours a day / seven days a week (24 / 7) operations, monitoring, and response.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree orAssociate degree +2 years relevant experience, or 4 years relevant experience in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in telecommunications or IT support. Possesses strong understanding of telecom systems and networking principles along with problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCENT) are preferred.
