Operate, program, and maintain CNC machinery to meet production goals.

Ensure products meet quality standards, production targets, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Lead, mentor, and support team members (for Group Lead and Team Lead roles).

Troubleshoot and optimize CNC processes (for Engineers and Specialists).

Qualifications :

Relevant experience in CNC operations, manufacturing, or engineering.

Leadership experience for Group Lead and Team Lead roles.

Strong technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Willingness to work in Greenfield, Indiana.
