Manager of Real Estate Accounting

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Center Capital and Real Estate Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Fixed Asset accounting for Data Centers, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies

Provide guidance on Real Estate and Construction accounting, ensuring accurate capitalization of costs

Manage and analyze Capital Expenditure (CapEx) spend, ensuring proper reporting and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA); MBA preferred

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and construction / real estate accounting

10+ years of progressive accounting experience in multinational organizations

Advanced financial analysis and process improvement capabilities

Strong command of Excel and experience with Oracle or other ERP systems preferred
