Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Dental Rover Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different work settings, and can seamlessly support multiple providers. As a Rover Assistant, you will help maintain smooth daily operations by filling in where needed—whether assisting chairside, supporting sterilization, or covering front-office tasks.

Responsibilities
Welcome and or seat patients into the treatment area and ensure their comfort
Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures and exams
Check schedule to clean treatment rooms when patients leave
Take vital signs and accurately update medical histories
Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and treatment rooms
Always maintain proper infection control procedures
Support front-office duties, including scheduling and patient check-in / out when needed.
Help maintain inventory, stock supplies, and support overall workflow
Adapt quickly to varying team needs and office environments
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience (1–2 years minimum)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if traveling between locations)
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to adapt quickly and provide high-quality patient care in different settings
Positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
