The Contact Research and Verification Specialist conducts targeted research to locate and confirm accurate contact information for individuals or organizations. This role requires strong investigative skills, persistence, and professional communication—particularly by phone—to verify hard-to-find contacts.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and identify current contact details using public records, social media, databases, and other online tools.
Verify information through multi-channel outreach, including professional phone calls.
Document sources, findings, and verification confidence levels in company systems.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance with privacy and legal standards.
Track and report progress against defined research and verification metrics.

Experience with CRM systems or data management tools.

Accuracy and verification rate of contact information.
Research completion and efficiency metrics.
Quality and clarity of documentation.
Successful outreach and response rates.
Working Conditions :
On-site, 9 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m. schedule.
High volume of calls (20–50+ daily).
Manage 50–150 research targets concurrently.
Occasional flexible hours for cross-time-zone outreach.
