Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Required :

Ability to pass Traveler Tele Competency prior to start

Skills required : drains, chest tubes, tele experience + ability to pass tele competency

Patient Types : CHF, Sepsis SIRS, Stroke, COPD, PNA, Cellulitis, medically stable MS patients that more resemble LTAC patients (awaiting placement or guardianship); no dialysis or active MI; ortho : currently only doing shoulder surgeries.

Dress Code : Scrubs - navy or royal blue (or royal blue top and black pants)

Low acuity community hospital with PCU and Med / Surg in same unit

Floating : Auburn

2 references from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
