Gastroenterology Physician

Advanced Gastroenterology Position with ERCP and EUS Focus Practice Type : Advanced Gastroenterology within a not-for-profit, academically affiliated health system. Location : Located in a scenic and popular southern coastal town. Team Structure : Collaborative team comprising 5 Gastroenterologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers. Specialized Focus : Emphasis on Advanced GI practices. High demand for skills in ERCP and EUS, which are highly desired. Patient Volume : Approximately 16-18 patients per day in the clinic. Facilities : Modern endoscopy suites available in the hospital. Schedule : Options 7on-7off block schedule Rotation between clinic and endoscopy days. 2-3 days weekly typically dedicated to scoping, depending on rotation. Teaching Involvement : Opportunity to work with and mentor residents in advanced GI techniques. Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary : $700K / BOE, experience-dependent and schedule RVU Bonus : Additional earnings potential. Group Average Compensation : Over $900,000. Bonuses : Includes sign-on and annual retention bonuses, totaling around $25,000.
