We've been providing heating and cooling service to the residents of Salem and surrounding areas since 1973! We provide service, maintenance, repair or installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
We are Hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician!
Are you fresh out of trade school, or have a year or more of HVAC experience? Then we want to hear from you! We provide company paid training and dealer training for professional and person career growth!

Pay Rate : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours : 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available
What you will be doing :
Annual maintenance and clean & checks on residential and light commercial HVAC equipmentEducating customers on indoor air quality accessoriesCustomer ServiceQualifications :
6 months of HVAC experience, or combination of education and experienceValid driver's license and insurable driving recordEPA Universal CertificationAbility to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skillsBasic troubleshooting & parts replacement experienceAbility to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as companyAbility to recommend products and services to customersGood customer service skillsWillingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes including NATE CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPass background check and drug screenCertification in HVAC from a Trade School desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
