We've been providing heating and cooling service to the residents of Salem and surrounding areas since 1973! We provide service, maintenance, repair or installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.

We are Hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician!

    • Job Title : Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

    Pay Rate : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

    Work Hours : 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available

    What you will be doing :

  • Annual maintenance and clean & checks on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
  • Educating customers on indoor air quality accessories
  • Customer Service

    • Qualifications :

  • 6 months of HVAC experience, or combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Basic troubleshooting & parts replacement experience
  • Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
  • Ability to recommend products and services to customers
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes including NATE Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired

    • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
