Part Time Administrative Assistant

Famous Supply is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work at our Erie, PA branch. Schedule : Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm. The Administrative Assistant routes calls, takes customer payments, and assures that customers receive great service by telephone and in person.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate individual / department.
• Provide sales support.
• Run credit cards for customers.
• Keeping customers' accounts accurate.
• Balance the cash drawer and make daily deposits.
• Filing, purging paperwork.
• Process credit card transactions for customers.
• File and data management.
• Additional branch support as needed or requested.
