As Business Systems Manager , youll play a central role in optimizing and integrating the digital ecosystem that supports the companys operations nationwide. Youll take charge of the companys enterprise systems, ensuring seamless operation across platforms such as Smartsheet, , SharePoint, QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365.

Beyond managing what exists, youll have autonomy to reimagine how technology drives the business building smarter workflows, connecting data sources, and embedding automation across departments.

What Youll Do

• Oversee integration, configuration, and maintenance of core business systems.
• Eliminate data silos and create unified, automated workflows.
• Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and project teams to align systems with company goals.
• Build dashboards and real-time reports to empower smarter decisions.
• Identify opportunities for automation in scheduling, reporting, and workflows.
• Champion continuous innovation and AI adoption across the organization.
• Lead by influence guiding teams through change with empathy and clarity.
• Manage vendors, system budgets, and ongoing improvements.
