Sales Development Representative (SDR)

At Huzzle, we connect high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries like SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. We match top sales talent to full-time remote roles where they're hired directly into client teams and provided ongoing support by Huzzle.

Engagement : Independent Contractor

Timezone : 9am - 6pm EST time

Join a fast-scaling U.S. real estate investment firm focused on wholesale and novation deals across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. Backed by veteran property investors, this team is rapidly expanding its acquisitions operations and is looking for driven, phone-savvy deal closers to convert motivated-seller leads into signed contracts.

We're seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on making connections and driving conversations that lead to deals. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners and motivated sellers, qualifying leads through calls, texts, and emails before handing them off to the acquisitions team.

If you're confident on the phone, great at following scripts while sounding authentic, and hungry to learn real estate sales from the ground up - this is the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from motivated sellers.
  • Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and selling timeline.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team.
  • Manage all outreach activity using CRM tools (Podio, REsimpli, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
  • Maintain detailed notes and follow-up tasks for each lead.
  • Hit and exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversations, and appointments set.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
