About The Position

• Monitoring, assessing, and managing critically ill patients with complex conditions.
• Administering medications, IV drips, and life-saving interventions accurately and on time.
• Operating and managing ventilators, infusion pumps, and advanced monitoring equipment.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Responding rapidly to changes in patient conditions and performing emergency interventions when needed.
• Providing patient and family education while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in Cerner and adhering to hospital and unit policies.
• Floating to ICU / Telemetry units as required to support hospital needs.
