Job Description

As a Lead Account Executive, you will drive growth and consistently exceed revenue goals within a defined territory. You’ll win new (strategic / enterprise) accounts, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and apply your SaaS expertise to engage effectively with both business and technical decision-makers.

What you will do :

• Engage, Discover & Drive Results : Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, grow market presence, and consistently exceed targets in an aligned territory.
• Execute the Sales Process : Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, to deliver predictable, high-performance results.
• Articulate Value : Build trusted executive relationships, address diverse business challenges, and position Freshworks as the partner of choice.
• Learn & Collaborate : Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a culture of shared success.
• Hunt & Prospect : Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting. Travel, as required, to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $104,000 - 149,500 USD + Variable Compensation

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days / week (Tue-Thur) in San Mateo, CA.
