Key Responsibilities

Oversee business growth, profitability, and retention through customer service strategies and staff management

Resolve complex service issues and support staff in customer advocacy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years' experience leading a team in the Employee Benefits Insurance industry

Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office's assigned territory and New York

Ability to travel within the central area for client and employee visits

Personal automobile available for business use with adequate insurance
