Project Manager
Actalent is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial electrical construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong background in electrical contracting, project management, and construction operations. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing strong safety leadership across all project phases
- Managing contract administration and project documentation
- Overseeing project setup, labor coordination, and scheduling
- Leading budgeting, estimating, and cost control efforts
- Coordinating purchasing and subcontractor agreements
- Tracking production and ensuring quality control / assurance
- Handling RFIs, submittals, and O&M documentation
- Forecasting project costs and managing billing
- Processing change orders and ensuring timely project closeout

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Meridian, ID.
