eCommerce Project Manager Scrum Master CSM
The Project Manager has a critical role in facilitating the progress and implementation of company projects and initiatives with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines. The Scrum Master / Technical Writer has a dual role consisting primarily of :
- Coaching an Agile Development team using the Scrum methodology and practices, managing the project work in TFS, reporting status to key stakeholders and management, and implementing process refinements as needed. Lead simultaneous projects at varying stages of completion and identify, track, and manage issues through to resolution.
- Assisting the project team in the creation of policies, procedures, user guides, training materials, release notes, templates, and reports. Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with customer documentation requirements. Verify documents for omission of materials; grammatical, typing, and spelling errors; clarity of message, and adherence to documentation standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Partner with Development Manager to lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilizationWork closely with stakeholders and project owners to collect business objectives and requirements to clearly define, document and scope projects and initiativesEstablish project timelines and matrices, determine assignments and follow up to ensure that obstacles are mitigated and progress is on-goingEnsure that planning meetings, daily updates, customer reviews and retrospective meetings are held consistently and are run effectivelyFacilitate internal team coordination, mitigating blocks and achieving results from other teams and vendorsWork to overcome obstacles to success and build collaborative relationships with other teamsCreate schedules in MS Project, functional specifications, workflows and document requirement changesWork across departments to ensure that all stakeholders have input into the final productLead project status meetings and provide project status updatesAssist Development Manager in determining best practices for team resource planning and utilizationTriage related production support incidents and implement solutions to common issues.Build and maintain detailed documentation for the firms products and processesModify / update documentation prepared by othersDevelop documentation standard for the Technology OrganizationBe able to function under tight deadlinesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :3+ years of experience in Agile project management overseeing the management and implementation of customer facing solutions such as web sites, mobile, web applications, or enterprise software2+ years in analyst or technical writer role writing requirements, managing changes to requirements, creating user guides and training materials as well as release notesDetail-oriented with excellent organization, communication and follow-up skillsDemonstrated experience in working with vendor / professional services engagementsExcellent presentation and communication skills and ability to speak to senior level clientsKnowledge of the entire SDLC process is required and Agile methodologiesCritical thinking and multi-tasking skills are a mustBachelors degree or equivalent requiredMust be proficient in English for reading / writing and conversationExperience in the development of process and procedure documentation, user guides andtraining materials
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products included MS ProjectExperience in a fast-passed Agile environmentAbility to be self-driven and execute projects with minimal management oversightCertificate in Agile Scrum Master a plus#LI-DB1
