This role is pivotal in overseeing program development, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. • Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and implementation of social service programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and support networks.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
• Provide administrative oversight for social services operations, including reporting and documentation requirements.
• Lead training initiatives for staff on best practices in behavioral health and program management.
• Experience
• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
• Strong background in budgeting, program development, and management within a social services context.
• Experience in behavioral health services is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• A degree in Social Work or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
