Network Technician

Qualifications :

2 years experience in a network support role.  Must be Security certified.  Must be Cisco or Juniper certified or able to obtain the certification within six months.  Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and switches.  Knowledge of Command Line Interface (CLI) and Putty.  Experience with SolarWinds Forescout and TACLANE desired.  Experience completing DISA Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) a plus.  Knowing best practices as it relates to network configurations and network security.  Familiarity with DISA / DoD / AF regulations instructions and guidance desired.  Must be self-motivated customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.  Able to work with customers on a variety of network issues and adapt quickly to changes in workload and priorities.  Able to lift and install network devices in excess of 25lbs.  Some evening and weekend work may be required for service interruptions on a case-by-case basis.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
