Position Details
Location : Salt Lake City, UT (on-site only)
Hours : Full-time, schedule to be determined (weekday + weekend availability)
Reports to : Center Director & Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
What You’ll Do
Support new staff hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
Deliver 1 : 1 behavioral therapy and small group support based on individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with and operate under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect, organize, and review session data to support clinical decisions
Serve as a key point of contact for families—connecting them with services, answering questions, and escalating needs when necessary
Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and administrative operations to ensure smooth clinic function
Help develop and refine ABA programming alongside clinical leadership
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment

Qualifications
Required :
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (valid & active)
Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or related field
BA in a related field or currently pursuing relevant education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred :
Experience in case management or family support roles
Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking)
Experience in clinic-based or hybrid ABA service models
