We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Driver Verification Assistant to join our team at a growing trucking company in Siloam. This role supports the safety and compliance department by helping ensure all drivers meet federal, state, and company requirements before and during employment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in verifying commercial drivers’ licenses (CDLs) and endorsements

Conduct Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks and track expiration dates

Collect and review driver qualification documents (e.g., medical cards, driving history, employment references)

Maintain accurate and organized driver qualification files (DQF)

Help schedule drug tests and ensure results are properly recorded

Monitor and follow up on expiring documents (licenses, medical cards, annual reviews)

Assist with DOT compliance audits and internal reviews

Communicate with drivers and recruiters to obtain necessary paperwork

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional admin or safety training a plus

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Basic knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations (or willingness to learn)

Comfortable using computers, email, and document management systems

Strong communication and organizational skills
