Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage, coach, and recognize performance; direct activities and establish priorities for the restaurant team.
  • Create and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Implement new product introductions and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain cost controls and meet sales and profit goals.
  • Handle records and procedures including payroll, inventories, and employee files.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, retention, and employee relations.
  • Promote a respectful and diverse workplace.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Management experience : At least 2 years as an EPL Assistant Manager or equivalent management experience, preferably in a restaurant.
  • Education : High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
  • Skills : Excellent communication skills; basic math and computer skills; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Other : Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, Food Handler Certificate or ability to obtain one, physical ability to perform job duties.
