Responsibilities Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a hospital setting Care for critically ill neonates in a Level 3 or 4 NICU environment Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts, 19 : 00–7 : 30 Uses EPIC electronic medical record system RNs required to complete 1–2 hours of pre-start modules and additional orientation modules as part of onboarding Pass / fail EKG testing is mandatory with only one attempt allowed; unsuccessful candidates will be dismissed All modules managed electronically and tracked through Workday Team environment with support during training and orientation Assignment is 13 weeks in length Requirements Active MA RN license in hand or conditional license Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 3 or 4 NICU Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification EPIC EMR experience required Required to provide two professional references, one from a Nurse Manager or higher Cannot have any prior incidents on nursing license Must pass a pass / fail EKG test with a minimum score of 80% during orientation 3rd party education verification required for consideration Must reside at least 200 miles from the facility Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-630948.
