Ecommerce Product Manager

Responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating cross-functional to optimize the user experience, increase customer lifetime value, and drive revenue growth. You will be a champion for data-driven decision making and a key contributor to our overall strategic vision. This role is perfect for a PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has understanding of ecommerce best practices and monetization strategies including user growth and activation, experimentation, product monetization and user value maximization.

Responsibilities :

• Developing and executing the eCommerce growth strategy and roadmap; prioritizing features from market, customer, and data insights.
• Driving user acquisition and activation, focusing on conversion rates and trial-to-paid conversions.
• Identifying and implementing monetization opportunities to increase revenue per customer, including upsell and cross-sell, and optimizing pricing and packaging options.
• Maintaining dashboards for core metrics (conversion, AOV, churn, CLTV, cart abandonment) and identifying trends and opportunities.
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle; prioritizing by impact and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales on launches and iteration.
• Monitoring the market landscape and current best practices; designing, running, and evaluating A / B tests to optimize key flows; partnering on product content, promotions, and merchandising.

What we're looking for :

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum : $124,000.00

Maximum : $271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
