A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager - Product Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of Product Support Engineers, promoting a collaborative work environment
Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues and manage customer communications for enhanced satisfaction
Develop training programs for technical application scientists to ensure product knowledge and maintain documentation of support processes
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product support engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to engineering
Strong technical background in a specific engineering domain preferred
