Senior Business Analyst

Position Type : Full-time salaried position eligible for performance bonus. This position will require working onsite in our Medford, MA office at least twice per week. Hybrid flexibility can be offered.

Job Summary :

The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in aligning business operations with technology solutions. This position partners closely with stakeholders across departments—such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance—to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and drive improvements through systems and data. The Senior Business Analyst helps define requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure successful delivery of technology-enabled projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering :

Partner with department leaders and process owners to understand current pain points, operational needs, and business goals.

Collaborate with Salesforce, Software, and IT Operations teams to ensure solution design is feasible, prioritized appropriately, and aligned with business objectives.

Perform data analysis and reporting.

Compensation : $95,000 - $115,000 annually
