Senior Manager, UX Design - Core Ecommerce

As a Senior UX Manager on the Core Ecommerce team, you will lead a team to articulate the strategy and design for key parts of the website and mobile app shopping experiences, focused on building and mentoring your team and workflow for high impact results. You will use your deep understanding of consumer app patterns and retail experiences to transform how customers complete their shopping missions in the app and on the site. You’ll be accountable for the craft and timely delivery of your team's work, and you’ll own and present a strong design POV within your partner set to shape market-leading solutions via the product roadmap.

• Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in and out of retail.
• An ability to communicate concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and levels of seniority.
• A demonstrable understanding of ecommerce and deep experience building experiences that drive revenue.
• A strong design aesthetic that brings together brand expressions and systems thinking. You practice universal design.
• Deep experience with business requirement gathering, end-to-end journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping.
• Comfort with ambiguity along with an ability to motivate teams and partners.
• Ability to consume deep strategic data and insights to produce meaningful experiences for customers and members.
• A demonstrable track record working cross-functionally with shipping successful products in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in an ever-changing environment.
• A strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach to taking the complex and making it simple.
