What You'll Do

As a

Senior Tax Manager

, you'll lead key client engagements and be a strategic advisor across a variety of tax matters. You'll oversee a team of talented professionals, help drive growth, and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Your responsibilities will include :

Leading and managing complex tax engagements for a diverse client base

Reviewing complex partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns

Developing and implementing forward-thinking tax planning strategies

Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations

Conducting in-depth tax research and presenting findings to clients and internal teams

Collaborating with firm leadership to provide strategic tax guidance

Mentoring and developing junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration

Identifying and executing process improvements for greater efficiency and client impact

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA certification (required)

10+ years of experience in public accounting

Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A client-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Specialized expertise in areas such as manufacturers, distributors, closely held businesses, estates and trusts, and / or high-net-worth individuals (a plus)
