Project Coordinator

Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator who will manage the-end-to end renewal process for an assigned list of software titles.
This opportunity is located in Denver, CO!
Duties :
- Work with resellers, vendors, sourcing and internal product owners; to obtain quotes used in the purchase and renewal processes
- Review quotes for completeness and accuracy
- Process quotes in Microsoft SharePoint
- Update and manage accuracy of software records in the ServiceNow software contracts database
- Monitor the progress of procurement requests and purchase order generation; ensuring that they are completed in a timely fashion
- Ensure that the requests are processed with accurate financial treatment
- Manage questions / requests from the user community
Desired Skills / Experience :
- 8+ years of work related experience
- SAP experience
- SharePoint experience
- Working knowledge and experience with industry standard financial management applications
- Strong communication skills
