Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plansProvide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairmentsCollaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality careDocument evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with guidelinesParticipate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communicationConduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referralsHelp train facility staff and contribute to in-service education effortsFollow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassionWhat Youll Need
