Salary :

Umyuaq Technology, LLC, a Wood River Federal company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to work closely with the Senior Program Manager to monitor cost, schedule, and performance across multiple contracts. This position is located in San Antonio, Texas.

Job Duties

Collaborate with Senior Program Manager to manage DoD and federal contract performance

Manage contract and subcontract activities, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies

Monitor and report on budgets and costs across multiple contracts

Engage with Project Managers to mitigate project risks

Liaison with subcontracting partners

Lead small teams in multiple locations

Send company-wide communications, as needed

Assist with equipment and materials procurements

Monitor and track delivery of contract deliverables

Compile, review, and deliver Monthly Status Reports

Collaborate with Human Resources on employee morale and engagement

Interview and negotiate salaries of candidates ensuring contract compliance with education, training, and skill requirements

Contribute to proposal writing and procurement processes

Prepare status and financial reports for leadership

Maintain a company-wide personnel roster and report metrics to leadership, as requested

Expertly manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and track training requirements.

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or relevant field

Experience

Managing Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time & Materials contracts

Minimum of 8 years experience with Federal Government Professional Services contracts

Familiarity with Risk Management processes

Experience with multiple DoD and federal entities is preferred

Skill Requirements

• Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
• Expert at customer engagement and collaboration
