Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workers Comp Claims Adjustor to manage and oversee workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of workers' compensation regulations and processes to ensure fair and efficient handling of claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze workers' compensation claims to determine validity and eligibility for benefits.
• Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, witnesses, and medical professionals as necessary.
• Evaluate medical records and reports to assess the extent of injuries and related expenses.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with claimants regarding claims status and decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to workers' compensation claims.
• Collaborate with employers, insurance carriers, and legal representatives to resolve claims disputes.
