Location: West Orange, NJ
Schedule: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour

As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents:
Provide Personalized Care – Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals while promoting independence and dignity.
Ensure Comfort & Safety – Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
Build Meaningful Connections – Foster trusting relationships with residents and their families.
Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment – Support cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas.
Document & Communicate – Accurately record care and collaborate with the nursing team.
Work as a Team – Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care.
Promote Engagement – Encourage participation in activities that support overall well-being.
Active CNA certification in New Jersey
