Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.
Requirements
- Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience
- Must pass state licensing requirements

High School DiplomaPrevious customer service experience is helpfulResponsibilities
Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customersAnswer questions regarding customer policiesAccept payments and process transactionsIdentify customer needs related to their policiesFollow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellationsParticipate in marketing initiatives for new business development as neededMaintain a neat and clean work area and officeConduct vehicle inspections (FNOLs)Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)Handle bank depositsThis is a full-time positionOther duties as assignedAdditional Information
