We’re partnering with a well-respected commercial general contractor in the Hartford area that’s looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to lead upcoming commercial projects. What You’ll Do

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Lead daily coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work stays on track and within budget
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all jobsite regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues
• Foster a team-oriented environment that delivers results and builds lasting relationships
